IoT원패스 하드웨어가 설치된 공동주택(아파트)에서 해당 하드웨어와의 통신을 위한 앱입니다. 입주민들은 공동주택 관리사무소에서 이 앱을 설치하고, 이 앱을 통하여 공동현관을 열수 있으며, 차를 주차한후, 주차장 위치를 등록할 수 있습니다. 또한 위급상황 발생 시, 비상벨 신호를 발생시켜 관리사무소에 알릴 수 있습니다.
