「災害用パーソナル・アラート（PAD）」は、災害時に個人の属性に合わせた避難行動を支援するシステムです。本アプリでは、避難所もしくは避難場所をマップ上に表示し、カメラ機能や位置情報を用いることで、避難行動や避難生活を支援し、問題なく避難できているかを確認します。そのため、バックグラウンド方式で利用者の位置情報を取得し、継続して収集します。 防災とは、災害対策基本法第二条第二号において「災害を未然に防止し、災害が発生した場合における被害の拡大を防ぎ、及び災害の復旧を図ることをいう」と定義されています。 本アプリは、防災情報をプッシュ通知でお知らせします。災害発生時は、現在地周辺の避難所もしくは避難場所までのルートを表示することで、避難行動を支援します。避難所もしくは避難場所への到着時に、カメラ・位置情報・テキストメッセージなどを用いて避難完了を報告してもらうことで、利用者の避難状況を把握します。
